How long do you need to be there?
For most events/projects we should be booked to be on site at least 1 hour before the start of the occassion. With respect to weddings, it is preferable if we come at least one hour before the bride puts on her gown and leave a half hour after the dance floor opens for weddings. (Additional hours may be added to any package!)
What equipment do you use?
We believe our equipment to be top-of-the-line after being in the industry for numerous years. Without going into technical details, our cameras are tiny enough to be noninvasive while still capturing high-quality color and clarity.
Do you work well with other vendors?
We take pleasure in having solid connections with the businesses we've worked with. Additionally, we're committed to making sure the images and video work well collectively.
Do we need to feed you?
It would be appreciated if our team is able to share lunch with the rest of the bridal party. However, that's not required.
When will I get my videos?
For most productions: 72 hours. For weddings: depending on the time of year, you will receive your videos 2-5 months after the wedding day. Not fast enough? You can get expedited editing as an add-on!
